Beer and seltzers
Beer options are important, the amount depends on guest count, occasion, and personal preference.
Most of the time at bars there is a wide variety of options which can be overwhelming for guest.
We recommend keeping it simple. by offering a limited beer selection.
1 beer = 1 happy guest
You do not want to have similar beers when choosing what to offer, for example corona, modelo and pacifico.
Seltzer have become popular but for now we suggest to avoid offering a seltzer option unless requested.
Wine
Depending on the event wine is something you want to take your time choosing.
Most importantly you want at least 1 red and 1 white to offer your guest.
What you will see at most mobile bars is a red (cabernet) and a white (chardonnay)
If the wine is the main event at beer and wine only bar much more thought should be put into it.
Every bottle of wine is about 25.5 Oz. Each standard glass of wine is about 5 oz. Which will allow 4-5 glasses of wine to be served per bottle.
A box of wine comes with 12 bottles. which equals 48-60 glasses of wine.
Wine can be paired with foods as well. For example a red wine might go well with a steak and a white will go well with chicken or fish.
